Nailed it!

Have you ever had a performance that you nailed?

Did you ever wonder how you could lock that in and repeat it again and again?

Have you ever been able to just focus while chaos is going on around you?

If you can answer “yes” to any of these you may have a skill that others would love to learn to develop.  The St. Louis Blues nailed it and won the Stanley Cup after 5 decades. That’s almost my entire life time.  The Raptors also nailed it and won the NBA Championship.  Theirs was only half the time they waited but they made history as it has never been won in Canada. Brooke Henderson made history by being the winningest Canadian with her 9th championship. The most a Canadian has ever won in the PGA or LPGA. Congratulations to all!

I was watching Kawhi Leonard performance during the NBA finals.  He remained calm, focused and showed incredible skill and mental performance.  Many said Kawhi reminded them of Michael Jordan.  Jordan was one of my favourite players to watch as he was an incredible athlete, had great sportsmanship and amazing mental performance when he is was on. When he made a slam dunk he was in “The Zone”.  I could see he was laser focused and in control. I was in awe at how easily he mastered that performance. Yes, he was a winner for most of his career but there were mistakes and loses that could have thrown him off his game. He was able to gain back control, zone in and achieve peak performance!

Have you been “In the Zone” before?

It’s where your mind and body are in peak condition and you go into autopilot producing outstanding results.  You are relaxed, confident and doing what you’ve trained your body and mind to do and it flows naturally, effortlessly.

There are times I’ve also observed when everything is falling apart.  The performance isn’t what they wanted to deliver.  The mind starts spiralling out of control. Frustration creeps in, then anger, self-doubt and the “why bother” attitude takes over.

Recovering from let downs, failures and falls in life, business or sports isn’t easy.   To be in the zone or not is a choice that is made—it’s a skill you can learn.

It’s something that high achievers and elite athletes have and can turn on when necessary.

Would you like to learn that skill?

Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could perform your best at any given moment and in any given situation?

Think about if you had to do any of the following:

  • Deliver a presentation or sales proposal
  • Go on an interview
  • Training and working on learning a new skill
  • Playing in a competition
  • Meeting a new potential client, boss or coach

Wouldn’t it be great if you did any of the above and were laser focused, relaxed, so sure of yourself and delivering the ultimate performance easily and effortlessly?

It’s possible and I can teach you how.

I’d like to teach the necessary skills to get you into the ZONE and produce amazing results. I’m offering for the next 7 days an offer. Then next Tuesday is closed. Tuesday June 26th is the last day to sign up for a Complimentary Summer Sizzler Session.

You’ll walk away from this call with:

  • A deep clarity and connection to what you want
  • An understanding and steps on how to take back control and sizzle this summer
  • Specific actions you can take to get and stay in the ZONE

7 Tips to Manage Through the Holiday Chaos

Holiday stress can bring many joys and celebrations.  It can also bring headaches and heartache. Some embrace it and welcome the hectic pace; parties and gift giving, while others may hibernate and avoid it.

Learning to enjoy this time may not always be easy due to the demands of time, or money, or a feeling of loneliness. Each person experiences this time differently; some laugh and love, while others yell or cry.

For those feeling stressed during this busy time I’d like to share some tips and advice so that you can put stress to the test and deal with it.  I use stress almost like an antibody and instead of letting it stop me in my tracks, I look at it as an energizer and develop a plan to conquer it.
